Etheldra Mae Williams Park is open to the public. Special events require a park permit. This area may provide the perfect setting for your outdoor event. Rental cost are as follows:

Pavilion Rental:

7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. $175.00

12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. $250.00

12:00 noon until 1:00 a.m. $500.00

Tent rental: 20 x 20 with side curtains $425

Tent rental 20 x 40 frame with side curtains $775

Table rental: (rectangle) $12 per 6' table

Table rental (round) $11 per 60" table

Folding chairs: $3.50 per chair

Rentals include six picnic tables. 

After dusk attendance requires security personnel. 

Professional catering and decorating services are available.

James W. Brogdon Park is available for rental and reservations seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. until dusk. Rental rate is $150 per event.
